Paul Moulins is Founding Partner and Managing Director of KW Commercial New York, leading commercial real estate services for the Keller Williams Scarsdale and Bronx Market Centers. With more than 24 years of experience, he advises companies, property owners, investors, and developers on sales, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Paul’s primary focus is industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain facilities across New York and the Northeast. He helps companies evaluate facility requirements, expand or relocate operations, and align real estate decisions with their business objectives. His broader practice includes office, medical, retail, hospitality, multifamily, land, and development properties.
As Regional Vice President for the Northeast with the SCLM Industrial International Team, Paul connects local market expertise with an interconnected network serving clients nationally and internationally. He also serves as Metro New York Director for KW Government Services.
Paul works with investors seeking off-market opportunities, emphasizing discretion, careful evaluation, and a clear understanding of their financial goals. His approach centers on understanding each client’s location requirements, timing, financial considerations, and motivation before advancing a transaction.
Before entering real estate, Paul worked as a commercial pilot in airline operations, air cargo, corporate aviation, and air ambulance services. That experience continues to shape his approach: prepare thoroughly, assess risks, and remain focused when decisions are complex.
Paul supports Keller Williams’ charitable initiatives through the ICON Foundation, which supports a number of local charities. Outside of business, Paul enjoys family time, motorcycle riding, hiking, gardening, and travel.
